List of Ingredients
4 cups vegetable stock, chicken stock, or water (if using water add 4 tsp Seitenbacher vegetable broth mix)
2 quarts water
2 bay leaves
3 carrots, sliced
3 celery stalks, sliced
8 garlic cloves, crushed
1 small onion, sliced
1 large red pepper, chopped
1 leek, sliced
5 mushrooms, sliced
1 scallion, sliced
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
Recipe
Add these all to the crock pot and turn it on low.
