List of Ingredients




cooking spray (or oil in a compressed air sprayer)
2-1/2 lb. package of beef cubes (stew meat)
garlic powder
black pepper
1 can of gf/cf beef broth
two onions


Recipe



Spray a 4-1/2 qt. crockpot with cooking spray.

Dump in the beef cubes.

Sprinkle the cubes with garlic powder and black pepper to taste.

Pour in the can of beef broth.

Cut the onions and dump them in on top of the beef cubes.

Turn the crockpot on low and leave to cook all day.

Marilyn's Notes: You can serve the cubes over rice or with potatoes. You can make this recipe into a stew by adding the veggies to the pot and cooking them in there along with the meat. You can make soup by adding more broth to the pot. This recipe is VERY versatile!
