Mia's Yogurt-like Sub

List of Ingredients
6 tbsp Vance's Dari-free powder
6 oz of water
3 tbsp cornstarch or other starch for thickening
4 tbsp sweetener(I used splenda), you could use less or none if you don't want it sweet
9 oz water
2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp lemon juice, more if you want it more tartRecipe
Put 1st 4 ingredients in a blender and blend well. Pour into saucepan over medium heat and add remaining ingredients.
Whisk constantly until it just begins to thicken. Remover from heat and transfer to container with lid and refrigerate until thick (I did overnight).
This morning I got up and added strawberry all fruit spread, raisins and walnuts. If you want to add more protein you could probably add some protein powder at the beginning. I haven't tried that so I don't know how it would turn out.
