Rena got this recipe from Natural Lifestyle and Your Health and she reported it was "Delicious on baked potatoes, as a salad dressing, and for a vegetable dip."
List of Ingredients
1 cup raw cashew pieces, rinsed
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 - 2 cups water
1 tsp. garlic powder, optional
1/2 tsp. sea salt
Recipe
Blend cashews and 1 cup water until smooth.
Add brown rice and continue to blend until smooth.
Add water, as much as needed for the right consistency.
Add garlic and salt.
Pour into a container with cover and store in refrigerator until needed.
Mix in equal amounts with your favorite salsa for a nice dressing for green salad.
