    Small Lemon Wedge
    Sesame Seeds

    Blend very ripe banana with a small wedge of lemon.

    Mix together equal parts of the pureed banana mixture and sesame seeds.

    Spread quite thin and dry.

    When dry, turn and finish drying until crisp.

    VARIATIONS: Add a touch of coriander. Use orange peel instead of lemon. Add pumpkin or sunflower seeds for taste and texture variation .................................
