    From Lori Bakes Gluten Free Snacks & Sweets

    List of Ingredients

    3/4 C rice flour
    1/4 C potato starch
    2 TBS tapioca flour
    2/3 C GF dry baking cocoa
    1/2 tsp gf baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp xanthan
    4 eggs
    2 C sugar
    2 tsp GF vanilla extract
    3/4 C oil

    Recipe

    In a small bowl, combine flours, cocoa, baking powder, salt and xanthan; set aside.

    In the bowl of your mixer, beat together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla until creamy and lemon in color.

    Gradually add in dry ingredients; mix until smooth.

    Pour batter into a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking dish.

    Bake at 350° for 28-30 minutes or until a few fudgey crumbs stick to a toothpick inserted into the center.

    Allow brownies to cool 15 minutes in pan before cutting and serving.

    Yield: 12 to 24 bars
