    1 #2 can crushed pineapple
    2 Tablespoons cornstarch
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup sugar (or 1 cup to taste)
    1/2 cup water
    cinnamon to taste

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Grease an 8 x 8-inch pan with butter.

    Beat eggs until well mixed.

    Add water and pineapple and stir.

    Mix cornstarch and sugar together well and stir into pineapple mixture until well blended.

    Pour into greased dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Serve warm or at room temperature.

    Store in refrigerator.
