1 cup GFCF semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cup GFCF sweetened 'cream' (recipe in archives)
2 egg yolksRecipe
Combine first 2 ingredients in a heavy saucepan; cook over low
heat,stirring constantly until chocolate melts.
Beat egg yolks until thick and pale. Gradually stir about one fourth of hot mixture into yolks; add to remaining hot mixture, stirring constantly. If you skip this step your egg will be cooked by the heat of the pudding and you will get those streamers of egg like egg drop soup - not appealing.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.
Spoon into individual serving cups. Cover custard and
chill.
