    Creamy Mango Mousse

    Recipe Introduction


    Find nut or CF whipped creams in our Dairy substitute section.

    List of Ingredients




    2 medium-sized mangoes, peeled and sliced
    2 tablespoons caster sugar
    1 tablespoon gelatin (or 1 1/2 tbsp agar agar powder)
    300 ml prepared nut or other CF whipped cream
    3 tablespoons orange juice

    Extras: a nut cream and grated CF chocolate for garnish

    Recipe



    * Purée the mango to make 2 cups.

    * Add sugar to the pulp and mix well.

    * Sprinkle gelatin over orange juice and place over hot water to dissolve.

    * Fold dissolved gelatin and juice through mango pulp.

    * Fold prepared cream through mango mixture.

    * Pour into individual dishes.

    * Refrigerate until firm.

    * Decorate with additional cream and grated chocolate if desired.

    Serves 6
