Use in place of whipped cream as a topping.


List of Ingredients




1 10 1/2 oz pkg. extra firm silken tofu
1/2 cup almond or mild oil
1 T maple syrup
1 t GFCF vanilla
1/2 c Devansweet- dry brown rice sweetner
1/8 c GFCF powdered milk

Recipe



Place all ingred. in blender and blend till smooth.

Chill well in covered container until served.
