Smoked Whitefish Spread

List of Ingredients
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Tofutti brand Better Than Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 lb. smoked whitefish, skinned, boned and flaked
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepperRecipe
Mix all ingredients until well blended; cover.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.
Serve with oat matzo or other acceptable crackers.
