    Mock Cheese Souffle

    List of Ingredients

    - 8 slices GF white bread, cubed
    - 1-1/2 cups shredded American style soy cheese (be sure it's CF)
    - 1/4 cup grated soy Parmesan cheese
    - 4 eggs
    - 1-1/2 cups milk (I used a blend of soy and coconut)
    - 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    - 1/4 tsp. salt
    - dash white pepper

    Recipe

    PREPARATION:In 1-1/2 quart ungreased souffle dish, place half of the GF bread cubes and top with half of the cheese sub. Repeat layers, and press down lightly.

    In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over bread and cheese in souffle dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.

    Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Serve immediately. 6 servings
