    Breading crumbs for fish and chicken

    List of Ingredients


    Breading is made of equal parts GF bread crumbs and GF flour (any flour - I usually use brown rice or quinoa). Season heavily with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and any other spices that tickle your fancy (i.e., cumin or chile for southwestern flavor, oregano and basil for italian flavor, curry for indian flavor, Montreal Steak Seasoning for zesty touch).

    Recipe

    Cut your fish/chicken into sticks or bite-size chucks and place in bowl of water. Pour one or two cups of breading (depending on amount of fish/chicken you plan to make) into a plastic bag, toss in a few chunks of meat from the bowl of water, shake it up (just like Shake-N-Bake!), put it in your fryer or frying pan and cook like you would normally.

    Comes out yummy every time
