Moroccan Grilled Salmon

List of Ingredients
1 tsp (5 mL) ground cumin seeds
1 tsp (5 mL) ground fennel seeds
1 tsp (5 mL) ground coriander seeds
1 tsp (5 mL) cinnamon
4 tbsp (60 mL) Brown Sugar or Succanat
1 tbsp (15 mL) sea salt
1 tbsp (15 mL) garlic powder
1 tbsp (15 mL) onion powder
1 tbsp (15 mL) ground black pepper
5 tbsp (75 mL) smoked paprika
4 salmon fillets
Recipe
Mix all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
Rub some of the dry ingredient mixture over the salmon and let sit for
10 minutes.Reapply additional mixture as liquid is released from the
salmon.
Cook the salmon on high heat on an open flame grill to caramelize the
rub. Grill 5-10 minutes depending on preference.
Bring out the authentic flavours of this recipe and serve with a mock
couscous and rice or coconut yogurt!
