    List of Ingredients




    1 cup rice polish
    1 cup tapioca starch
    1 1/2 cups sweet rice flour
    4 cups brown rice flour
    2 tsp unflavoured gelatin or agar agar powder
    1 1/2 tbsp xanthan or guar gum

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and store in an air tight container. Makes approximately 7 1/2 cups. Sift before using.

    May be subbed measure for measure in traditional gluten recipes, but you may have to adjust for your own personal preferences.

    Rice polishings adds fibre.
