    1 ½ cups sorghum flour
    1 ½ cups potato starch or cornstarch
    1 cup tapioca flour
    ½ cup corn flour or almond flour or bean flour or chestnut flour

    Recipe



    Using a whisk mix all ingredients together until no lumps remain.

    Store in an airtight container in a cool place.
