1 1/4 bean flour I used gava or you can use chickpea
1 cup arrowroot or potato starch
1 cup tapioca flour
1 cup white rice flourRecipe
Combine all ingredients and mix together using a whisk until no lumps remain.
Store in a cool place in an airtight container.
