    Make ahead, store in an air-tight container and reconstitute with the instructions below.

    List of Ingredients




    8 cups rice flour
    6 tbsp. GFCF baking powder
    8 tsp. maple sugar or other dry sweetener
    8 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Sift together and store.

    To make pancakes:

    To 3 cups of the mixture add 2 cups milk substitute. Add and barely blend: 1 beaten egg or egg substitute, 1 tbls. melted GFCF margarine.

    Proceed as for standard pancakes. Best in nonstick pan or oil pan.
