Chocolate Nut Frosting/Dip

List of Ingredients
1 1/3 cups raw almonds (or 2/3 cup raw almond butter) - if you use
the whole almonds, soak them over night and take off the skins
1 cup soy milk and a little extra if needed (you can sub nut milks)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder or other natural cocoa powder, not Dutch
processed. Carob powder works well as well
2/3 cup dates, pitted and soaked over Recipe
Blend nuts, soy milk, vanilla, cocoa powder and dates. Add more soy milk if necessary. Use as a dipping sauce for fresh strawberries and fruit slices. soaking makes it easier to blend and makes a smoother dip.
