1 CUP WATER
3/4 cup UNSWEETENED COCONUT
1 T CORNSTARCH
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 T HONEYRecipe
Blend in the blender until very smooth and creamy. Then pour the blended ingredients into a saucepan and cook on low to thicken, stirring constantly. Allow to cool before using. This recipe can be used to replace whipped cream.
