Frosting for Sauerkraut Cake

List of Ingredients
6 oz gfcf chocolate chips
4 Tbls cf margarine (or 3 Tbls coconut oil)
4 oz Sour Supreme (Tofutti)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
powdered sugar Recipe
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil (margarine) over low heat till smooth.
Remove from heat and blend in Sour Supreme, vanilla, salt, blend well.
Add powdered sugar till consistency of frosting.
Spread on cooled cake.
