    1 cup coconut milk
    1 cup brown sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 cup gfcf margarine or 1/3 cup coconut oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 cup chopped pecans
    1 1/3 cups flaked coconut

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients first five ingredients and cook over low heat stirring constantly until thickened. Add pecans and coconut, mix thoroughly to incorporate. Let cool to room temperature before frosting cake.
