Lemon and Ginger Glaze

List of Ingredients
1 cup Icing sugar 250 ml
1 tsp Ginger, ground 5 ml
1 tbsp cf margarine (ghee), melted 15 ml
3 tbsp Milk sub 45 ml
2 tbsp Lemon juice 30 ml
1 tsp Lemon rind 5 ml
Recipe
Sift the icing sugar into a bowl, stir in the melted butter, ginger, milk, lemon juice and lemon rind. Beat until smooth. Mixture is thinner than regular icing so it can drizzle down the sides of the cake.
NB: Canadians call powdered sugar icing sugar :-)
