    COCONUT BANANA BLENDER ICE CREAM

    Source of Recipe

    Brenda-Lee Olson

    Recipe Introduction

    From Debra Lynn Dadd

    List of Ingredients

    These amounts are approximations.

2 medium frozen bananas, cut in 1" chunks (I cut them in chunks and then froze them)
    3/4 cup coconut milk

    Recipe

Put the frozen bananas in a blender with about half of the
    coconut milk.

Turn on the blender and add more coconut milk as needed
to blend, but only enough so it moves.

You want the mixture to be thick, like soft-serve ice cream.

You can eat this right out of the blender, or sprinkle things on top, like chopped walnuts or toasted coconut.

If you are going to top it with "Magic Shell" Chocolate Sauce, put the ice cream in individual bowls and place it in the freezer while you make the chocolate sauce (recipe filed seperately under sauces)
