Coconut Ice Cream (No Sugar)

2 14-oz. cans unsweetened coconut milk (I used Thai Kitchen Organic)
2 Tablespoons arrowroot powder
1/2 cup sugar (I used 2 tablespoons of pure vegetable glycerin)Recipe
Mix in a bowl with a whisk. Then pour into your ice cream maker. (We used the Cuisinart Automatic Frozen Yogurt-Ice Cream & Sorbet Maker Model ICE-20 Series)
