    Plum-Raspberry Ice

    List of Ingredients

    2 plums, peeled and chopped
    1/3 cup dry white wine
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/4 cup frozen apple-grape-raspberry concentrate, thawed
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/4 cup water

    Recipe

    Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.

    Freeze in an ice cream maker following manufacturer’s
    instructions.

    Note: For a kid friendly version substitute white grape juice for the dry white wine.
