    From Family Style Magazine (Publix Grocer)

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup guava, mango or peach nectar
    1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
    1 cup coarsely chopped or sliced fresh fruit
    (such as strawberries, kiwi, papaya and/or melon)

    Recipe



    In a blender combine nectar, pineapple juice and pineapple chunks.

    Cover and blend until smooth.

    Divide chopped or sliced fruit among twelve 3 to 4 oz popsicle molds or 3 to 4 oz cups.

    Pour blended mixture over the fruit.

    Add sticks and cover molds. If using cups, cover each cup with foil; make a small hole in the foil with a knife and insert a craft stickin each cup through the hole.

    Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.

    Author's Note: Each pop contains nearly a third of the Daily Value for vitamin C.
