Summer Melon Cold Soup

List of Ingredients
2/3 c Sweet white wine (sub grape juice to be kid friendly)
sliced mint for garnish (optional)
1 Cantaloupe pared seeded and cubed about 2 lb
1/2 Honeydew pared seeded and cubed about 2 lb
1/4 ts Ground cardamom
Recipe
Reserve a few melon cubes for garnish.
In food processor/blender or mixer container, in batches, honeydew, puree cantaloupe, wine & cardamom.
Chill until ready to serve.
At serving time, skim foam from top of soup; pour this into soup bowls.
Garnish with melon pieces & sliced mint.
