BASIC CORNBREAD RECIPE (for Stuffing)

List of Ingredients
Cornbread ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup wfgf flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup milk substitute
1/4 cup oil
additional stuffing ingedients:
cooked celery
sage
salt and pepper to taste
garlicpowder to taste (it doesn't take much)
turkey broth
boiled eggs
a few raw eggs (beaten)Recipe
Cornbread Directions:
Mix all ingredients together well.
Bake in greased pan until done.
Stuffing Directions:
For stuffing I use a basic cornbread recipe.
I cook it then I crumble it up and add cooked celery, sage, salt and pepper to taste, a little garlicpowder, turkey broth, boiled eggs, and a few raw eggsbeaten.
I put all of this ina rectangle cake pan and bake till eggs are cooked.
I have even cooked it in a microwave.
You can also stuff in the turkey but I never do.
