List of Ingredients
1/2 C Cream of Rice-style cereal
pinch salt
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 TBL oil Recipe
Mix these ingredients and cover the bowl.
Let rest in the fridge for at least 20 minutes.
With wet or oiled hands, form into small balls and drop into boiling water or soup.
Boil, covered, for 35-45 minutes.
Note from Lisa: This makes a very small batch and could be doubled.
NB from BL: Some groups do not permit rice during the passover observance, soyou might also try cream of buckwheat cereal.
