List of Ingredients




3 med ripe bananas
1 ½ tsp lemon juice
1 15oz can cream of coconut
1 cup plain hemp milk
1 ½ tsp GF vanilla extract


Recipe



In a food processor or blender, puree the bananas and lemon juice.

Add cream of coconut, hemp milk and vanilla extract and mix well.

Chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Pour into ice cream maker and run for approx 25-30 min.

Place mixture in airtight container and freeze 3-6 hrs.
