3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
1 cup almond or other milk sub
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup Key Lime Juice

Recipe



Combine sugar and eggs and mix thoroughly. Add peel and milk sub. Thicken slightly over medium heat and remove from stove. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Cool. Add juice and coconut cream to the cooled mixture. Freeze in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
