Really Creamy, Really Rich Chocolate Ice

List of Ingredients
1 Cup plus 2 Tbls Chocolate Dari Free powder
3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 Cups VERY hot water ( have used Almond Milk to make this more creamy)
2 Tbls Spectrum Palm Shortening ( I use plain Crisco solid microwaving for 30 seconds to warm it up -- will melt some.)
1/2 tsp. Gaur Gum (I leave this out it is fine!)
Recipe
Blend all in ingredients well in blender.
Pour into plastic tightly lidded container (can also put in to ice cream maker for 50 minutes to smooth is out not necessary!)
Place in freezer until frozen.
Note: With water it has a taste and texture of "fudgecicle" and with extra cf milk sub it tastes and looks more like ice cream.
