List of Ingredients
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
2 cups hulled and sliced strawberriesRecipe
Put the water and sugar in a pot, stirring to dissolve the water. Bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and cool slightly.
Mix in the fruit and puree in a blender, processor, or with an immersion blender. Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for at least three hours.
Process the mixture again or defrost slightly and mix well. Refreeze.
