Vegetable Biryani (Alloca version)

List of Ingredients
Assorted vegetables (potatoes, peas, broccoli, string beans, etc.)
3 tablespoons cold pressed olive oil
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1 curry sauce recipe
2 cups of brown basmati rice
4 cups of water
Recipe
Pre-cook rice: Bring water to a boil, add rice, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes.
Sauté vegetables in a wok or large sauté pan. Add curry sauce, raisins, and coconut to the pre-cooked rice.
