Harvest Pumpkin Butter

List of Ingredients
1 C cooked or canned pumpkin
1/2 C honey
1/4 C molasses
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp cinnamonRecipe
In a small saucepan, combine all of the ingredients; mix well. Bring to
a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered, for 15
minutes or until thickened. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Yield: 1-1/4 C
