List of Ingredients
1 15 oz can black-eyed peas, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tbsp canola or coconut oil
Recipe
Place black-eyed peas and water in food processor and process until smooth. Add salt, maple syrup and oil. Process until smooth. Add more salt or sweetener to taste. Makes about 1 1/2 cups (24 tbsp).
