List of Ingredients
1/2 cup grains (millet, buckwheat, oats, etc)
3 egg whites
1 tsp water Recipe
Blend in a blender.
Pour half in a heated/greased skillet, moving around to fill bottom of skillet.
Cook til edges start to curl a bit.
Carefully flip and cook for another minute or so.
Makes two crepes.
Melinda J's Notes: Drizzle with maple syrup for a sweet dish, or fill with meat, etc for a dinner dish. I've filled them with tuna/chopped eggs/lettuce for a "wrap" type setup, taco fillings for Mexican flair, or berries/whipped cream for a dessert. Super simple and REALLY yummy. You could even sprinkle extra seasonings (cinnamon, onion powder, whatever) to season them a bit if you want.
