2 egg whites
1 T. dry powdered milk or rice protein powder
Drop or two of yellow food coloring (optional)
Recipe
Mix all together until blended. Keep refrigerated.
Do not make more than 1 cup full at a time because it does not keep well.
Basically this uses an alternative to protein to replace the yolks.If you can have soy, use soy milk powder.
