    1 teaspoon cream of tartar
    1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

    Recipe



    1 Combine the teaspoon of Cream of Tartar and the 1/2 teaspoon of Bi-carb soda.

    2 Mix into 1 cup of Gluten free plain flour and sift into a container to ensure that the cream of tartar and bi-carb soda is mixed through the flour.

    3 Use as desired in Gluten Free Recipes which require self-rising flour.
