List of Ingredients
4 cups gf flour blend with bean flour
4 cups finely crushed gf cornflakes or gf crackers or a combination
4 tbsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp paprika
1/4 cup vegetable oilRecipe
Mix well and store indefinitely in an airtight container.
To use: Place 1 cup of mix in a zip lock, reusable lidded container or glass jar with lid.
Put in a couple pieces of the item being coated.
Shake to coat.
Place on baking sheet and bake as usual.
This works for chicken, fish, meat, and even potato wedges. You can add herbs and seasonings you like to change it up.
