1 cup (240 ml)hulled sunflower seeds (unsalted) soaked overnight
1/3 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) water (start with the least and add until right
consistency)
1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
1/2 + 1/8 teaspoon Celtic saltRecipe
Combine nuts, lemon juice, and Celtic salt in a food processor and process until light and creamy, about 3 or 4 minutes.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups (300 ml)
