1 1/2 - 2 c. GF flour blend
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 T. waterRecipe
Using only as much flour as you need to get a nice dough, mix well and knead on a floured board. Be careful not to overwork the dough. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Roll as thin as paper. Cut into appropriate shapes (squares or rounds).
Also works for lasagne noodles. If you hang to dry for a few days, these can be stored in an air tight container for months. Be sure they have dried fully before placing in container. Do not freeze when dried or they will be tough.
