1/4 cup liquid soap
1/4 cup vegetable glycerin
1 1/2 cups water


Recipe



Mix all ingredients and apply to stain. This solution works on ball point ink, newsprint, coffee, tea, juice, jam, jelly, BBQ sauce, and mustard. Glycerin makes the stain slippery and easier to wash out. (Psst! Ladies, vegetable glycerin works well as a personal lubricant, too!)

-Use Hydrogen Peroxide to boost stain removal during the wash cycle (instead of bleach). Oxy Clean is considered to be a generally safe alternative to bleach and is a form of Hydrogen Peroxide. Hydrogen Peroxide is well-known by the medical community to remove blood stains from fabrics.
-Hand sanitizer and hair spray both work as stain removers.
