    Note from Lady E: I made this a few days ago. Today I used it on baked chicken. NO Complaints at all--smile. Well actually I do have one. I should have reduced the recipe as three cups will last me a looooooong time. BTW make sure your spices are GF.

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound iodized salt
    3 tablespoons black pepper
    2 tablespoons garlic powder
    1 tablespoon onion powder
    1 tablespoon nutmeg
    2 tablespoons parsley flakes, crushed
    4 tablespoons red pepper or cayenne, ground
    2 tablespoons chili powder

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients, store in an airtight container.

    Yield: 3 cups
