Saskatchewan Dry Rub for Beef

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (red)
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
1. Mix all ingredients well.
2. Rub into beef (steaks, ribs or potroast).
3. Refrigerate covered for 2 hours.
4. BBQ, Broil, Slow cook, or fry as required.
