    Sticky Chicky Sauce

    Source of Recipe

    Natalie Gherken

    Recipe Introduction

    Origins Unknonw

    List of Ingredients

2 cup Brown sugar (you can sub white sugar & add 1/3 cup molasses)
    2 tsp garlic powder
    2 tsp ground ginger
2 Tbls gf soy sauce (or 1 tsp salt if you are avoiding soy)
enough water to be able to stir it all up liquid)

    Recipe

Marinate your wings with this sauce in a zip lock bag.

There are 2 methods of cooking.

You can transfer wings and sauce into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 1 hr.

Or you can cook them in a large frying pan, stirring often.

At a certain point the sauce will begin to carmelize, this makes a very sticky, yummy coating on the meat.

Be very careful that it does not burn.

Natalie's Note: Originally for wings, I use this for chicken thighs, pork ribs or chunks of pork. All amounts are approximate as I tend to just throw stuff in.
