List of Ingredients

3/4 cup (180 ml) gf soy sauce
1/2 cup (125 ml) sweet rice wine (mirin)
1/4 cup (60 ml) ketchup
2 Tbs (30 ml) brown sugar
2 Tbs (30 ml) rice wine vinegar
2 -3 cloves garlic, finely chopped



Recipe

Combine all ingredients and marinate meat for 30 minutes to
2 hours before grilling.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups (375 ml).
