    Tinkyada lasagna, parboiled
    1 6oz can tomato paste
    9oz of water
    Italian spices
    1 lb of lean browned ground meat
    2 cups of Allergy free foods Pizza blend cheese or daiya italian cheese alternative
    3 eggs
    extra cheese to top

    Recipe

    Mix tomato paste, spices and water over heat until well blended add meat. Mix eggs and cheese to make a ricotta like blend. Layer tomato sauce, noodles, cheese mix and repeat top with extra cheese and bake at 350 for an hour.

    I use Kinnikinnick frozen pizza crusts and the tomato sauce in the lasagna recipe and the cheese in the above recipe and top with all natural pepperoni. I have also used chebe bread garlic and onion variety to make pizza crust and I really liked that.

    I usually buy So Delicious coconut milk Ice cream. I have made ice cream in my ice cream maker using coconut milk, Vance's Dari Free, eggs, vanilla liquid stevia, cornstarch. I make a custard with these ingredients then freeze in my ice cream maker.

    I like the gluten free pantry muffin mix or Betty crocker gluten free cake mix to make cup cakes. I make icing out of a bag of confectioner's sugar, 1/4 cup spectrum shortening, vanilla and a tblsp or so of almond milk.
