Almond Halavah

List of Ingredients
• 8 oz. almonds, blanched
• 1 1/2 cups tapioca starch mixed with 1/8 - 1/4 tsp stevia powder)
• 1 cup water
• 1/2 cup CF margarine (or vegetable ghee)
• 2 Tablespoon GF flour
Recipe
Pound or blend almonds to a powder. Melt margarine and mix in almonds and flour. Cook well.
Make a thick syrup with the water and tapioca/stevia blend (cook to desired reduction) then add it to the almond mixture. Stir and cook until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan. Pour into buttered dish and cut into squares when cold.
